From Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch Program comes the beautifully designed Seafood Watch app offering users a regularly updated guide for making ocean-friendly seafood purchases. With the Seafood Watch app you can search for seafood or sushi, view the seafood A-Z list, and access in depth information on sustainability, aquaculture and more from the home screen. Go to the menu and you'll find an A-Z list for sushi, options to find local businesses that offers sustainable seafood, and you can even recommend a business that you know about. When searching, use common market names or use Japanese names for sushi. Recommendations are color coded for Best, Good, and Avoid.
